Results of the new Peugeot car survey (link)

The manufacturer Peugeot wants to launch a new car and it is hesitating between two solutions. For that, a questionnaire was administered to the students in second years of the ESC of Le Havre. 31 of them have decided to respond it.

We will find the results below.

Firstly, the majority of people who have responded to the questionnaire own a car (74,2%) and have in general a Renault (29,2%) or a Peugeot (20,8%).

However, the car’s owner prefer the brand Audit (38,7%) and Peugeot (32,3%) even if it is not there brand car ! So we can suppose that they have not an Audit car because they are students and they haven’t got any money for purchase this type of car.

Concerning the type of a new Peugeot car which will be launched on the market, people would prefer a cabriolet (46,7%) or an hybrid (26,7%) than an estate (6,7% only). This situation is easy to understand because the cabriolet targets young dynamic people and corresponds in the Maslow Hierarchy at the third or the fourth class : a social need or to the self-esteem. Furthermore, the students will be future manager and will be part of the cabriolet target which research young people and dynamic manager.

For a majority of people, the appropriated colours for a new car are : black, blue, grey and red (which are dynamics colours).

During the purchase of a car, some elements are important in order to choose the best vehicle. We will find, below, the list of students preferences.

The price is one of the most important element in the choice of a car and students are agreed to pay a new Peugeot car between 7 000€ and 15 000 € but not more for the moment because of there financial situation.

Concerning the awareness of Peugeot and the car market, people had to say the first word that came to there mind when they heard the following : Peugeot, Hybrid car and Prototype.

For Peugeot, most of people have responded “French”. So we can said that people have a good knowledge concerning the French manufacturer.

For Hybrid car, the first word was “ecologic-green car” that proves the importance of the environmental question today.

For the Prototype, the responses are more difficult to analyse but the most important word was “new – future car”.

To conclude, if Peugeot wants to launch a new car, it has to make a cabriolet black, blue, grey or red between 7 000 € and 15 000 € which would be safety, comfortable and has a new design.

A new victory of Suzuki

The firm Suzuki has won a new victory at the “Le Mans” motorbike 24 hours.

Indeed, the manufacturer has arrived to put two of it’s teams on the first stair of the podium. This excellent result could have an excellent impact on the brand name and could increase the sales of this manufacturer.

Steel congretulations to Suzuki, it’s teams and it’s pilotes which have made an extraordinary work during this crazy week (20-22 april 2007) of the 24 hours.

The “Kamasuki” of Suzuki

This month, Suzuki has won “the ad of the month” with it’s “Kamazuki”.

The brand organises it’s “Temptations Days” where numerous handing-over via packages are done on almost all the motor bikes models.

The message is clear, yield to the temptation and take his foot whatever the pilote position (curve, wheeling, stoppie…)!

After the Kamasutra… the Kamasuki, was necessary to dare !

The Suzuki B-King in images

I have found recently 2 extracts of the first films of presentation of the new 1300cc motor bibe Suzuki B-King which took place in Paris in september 2006.

The first film show the “show” during the presentation of the motor bike (with women who are dansing around the bike) with a first large plan of the Suzuki.

The second film is for people who don’t want to see the show. It’s just a camera turn on the 1300cc in order to admire the beauty of this future motor bike.

The MV Agusta

The MV Agusta F4 is once of the motorbike which has been phantasmed all bikers around the world.

A last version of this Italian “hypersport” is arriving on the market. This new version will be named F4 312 R and will have a beautiful white dress !

The card-index technical is surprising : 183 ch ; 11,5 mkg ; radial clamps, fork diameter 50 mm with surface treatement…

Furthermore, F312 is the highest speed announced : 312 km/h.

The first test will be on next mounth so patience…

Innovation 2007 : The Suzuki 1300 B-King

The concept-bike was presented 5 years ago. Most of you have flashed on his esthetics and have dreamed of this sulfurous motor !

In 2007, the Suzuki serie 1300 B-King arrive ! The design is more heavy but it is always devastating. It will be classed in the big very strong roadsters category. It is a 1300 cc and it is narrowly derived from the GSX-R 1300 Hayabusa.

This bike will appear on june of this year on the market.

This bike is on the market since the beginning of 2007. It is a “supersport” which has replaced the two others supersport : the “600″ and the “636″.

But don’t be worried because this bike is a real missile as we could see on the TV pub !

The KTM blow of glare !

KTM is an Austrian bike manufacturer which is rising on the market. Indeed, KTM is taking japanese manufacturers market shares with his road machines and it just attracting the public attention on a new bike which is not still appeared.

This bike is the sublime RC8 which has ever a website.

This website will permit to the public to follow the development of this future “hypersport” which has ever participated at many motor-show and which will arrive in the concessionaries at the end of 2007 or at the beginning of 2008.

We could find on the website : design informations, an aerodynamic column, motors and chassis ; so don’t waiting for anymore for look at it !
